  • Light sources: Lumencor Sola Light Engine (LED) for fluorescence imaging with multiple filter sets (DAPI, GFP, RFP and TXRD) and LH LED.

  • Capable of BF, DIC, POL and fluorescence imaging.

  • Motorized x-y scanning stage.

  • A workstation with a copy of the LAS X image analysis software is available for image analysis and processing.

  • Capable of Bright field, Darkfield, DIC and fluorescence imaging.

  • ApoTome high-resolution capabilities: Structured illumination to achieve thin optical sectioning and diffraction-limited images with high SNR.
